Do I need to apply to join the marketplace?
Yes. All producers apply and go through a brief review process to ensure the marketplace stays local, high-quality, and trusted by the community.
What do you review during the application process?
We look for locally produced goods, thoughtful sourcing, and alignment with our mission. The process is simple and most applications are reviewed within a few days. Products must be produced locally in the Ukiah Valley region.
What’s included when I’m approved?
All approved producers receive full access to the platform, including product listings, order management, sales reports, coupons, reviews, and automatic payouts.
What’s the difference between Community Producer and Preferred Producer?
Both plans include the same tools and access. The difference is how fees are structured — Preferred Producers pay a small monthly fee in exchange for lower, all-in transaction fees.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are processed securely and paid automatically to your bank account. You can track earnings and payouts directly from your producer dashboard.
Are there contracts or long-term commitments?
No. There are no contracts, no listing fees, and you can switch plans at any time.
What if I’m not sure which plan is right for me?
That’s completely fine. Many producers start as Community Producers and decide later if Preferred Producer makes sense based on their sales volume.
